INTRODUCING NIAMH
A lil bit of background about me; I’m an Online Nutrition, Training and lifestyle coach.
I started in the same position as many of you: I struggled with my weight my whole life and tried unsustainable diets (I've tried them all!). I achieved a happy healthy body through studying training and nutrition and working hard in my sport and now I help others do the same.
I’ve been in the industry since the age of nineteen, that’s eight years of mistakes and learning under my belt. I believe in sustainable habits and education around fitness principles to get results.

Gentle nutrition coaching and accountability to help you drop body fat without feeling like you're on a "diet". Those rigid diets that last two weeks max are just not sustainable-let's find what works for you best.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Daily accountability via text, plus a weekly call, will make sure you are keeping on top of the habits which help you lose weight! It is hard to stick to a training plan without support-let me take care of that for you.

Never thought I would look forward to working out, but when I started with Niamh that all changed. She chose the correct exercises to suit me increasing them regularly. Every workout is intense. Niamh is great at challenging, pushing and motivating me through each session. I am delighted with the difference I have found with my body shape and body strength.

I started working with Niamh in January 2019 (until May 2020) I had a big Birthday looming and wanted to improve my fitness etc. Niamh put together a work out and meal plan for me. We did sessions 3 times a week to start and then twice weekly once the fitness & strength improved. Niamh is very professional and knowledgeable.

Honestly, I enjoyed every minute of both the 10 week challenges I took part in and the 121 coaching. You helped me push myself and realize what I can achieve in terms of losing weight initially, becoming much stronger and maintaining weight loss for periods of time.
